What are your opening hours?

We're open Monday to Saturday to help you with all your tile, stone and vinyl needs.

Monday: 7-5pm

Tuesday: 7-5pm

Wednesday: 7-5pm

Thursday: 7-5pm

Friday: 7-4pm

Saturday: 8-1pm

Can you deliver to site?

Of course! We work closely with our delivery company to ensure you get a delivery day that works for you. Your deliveries (depending on size) will be brought on a forklift truck and placed where you need them.

I've found a perfect tile online, but I can't see it on your website!

Send us through an image and any information on the product and we will identify it and see if we can supply it for you and at a competitive rate. Email us on sales@tilemerchants.com.au

Can we collect our order instead of having it delivered?

We can definitely organize for your order to be collected from our store. Please select store collection at check out and we will contact you regarding weight of the product and pick up requirements. You'll receive an SMS once your order is ready for collection.

I'm wanting to place a large order but not enough stock is showing.

Contact us and we will see what we can source for you at the quantity you need, many of our products may have larger quantities available or are soon to arrive. To assist we can place product on hold for you to ensure you don't miss out.
