Shipping policy

Large orders (25kg+) are shipped by a third party service with a forklift truck or tail-lift unload truck (when required). Delivery drivers will contact the customer by phone when their package has been collected from our warehouse. Deliveries will arrive on pallets and are placed where accessible and directed by the customer. Please note, delivery drivers are not able to assist in hand unloading the product, customers are liable in ensuring product is placed in a safe area.

Sample deliveries are delivered by standard courier to the selected address.
